Overlanding Wine Tours

For this campaign, Frey’s Brewing Company launched ticketed Overlanding Wine Tours, and I developed a multi-channel strategy to drive sales and increase visibility. By integrating social media, email marketing, and web design, I ensured strong promotion and ROI.

To enhance the experience, I proposed partnerships with three local businesses to offer gourmet cheese and chocolate pairings, adding a unique touch while strengthening Frey’s community connections.

I created engaging content, managed ticket sales via a dedicated web page, and coordinated all aspects of the event, including merchandise and vendor relations. Out of 3,289 total site sessions, 1,241 visited the Overlanding Wine Tours page, reflecting effective targeting.

A promotional video I created garnered 160+ likes and 100+ shares, amplifying engagement. I also launched an email remarketing campaign for previous event attendees, achieving a 66% open rate, 11% click-through rate, and $864.68 in additional sales from 272 emails sent.

Frey’s invested $363.60 in Meta and Google Ads, generating $3,327.66 in ticket sales (ROAS 9.1x, CPC $0.31), plus over $8,600 in additional sales at the brewery. This campaign solidified Frey’s reputation as an adventure destination and fostered lasting local partnerships.
